Magic of Murano Poster Design
The exhibit “The Magic of Murano” brings to life the Venetian glass revival of the late nineteenth century and the artistic experimentation Murano has inspired for visiting artists. This poster captures the colors and textures of the famous Murano glass and brings it to a modern poster format. This poster expresses the feelings experienced by the artists while they studied in Murano. The branding of the Smithsonian American Art Museum was taken into consideration while picking the style and mood of the poster.
